Poll: Biggest problems with video game rental
There is a good post at 2old2play.com that lists the biggest problems with renting video games, according to a poll of its members. The least surprising finding was that 45% of those polled had trouble getting the latest titles.
The most surprising was that almost 1/3 of the respondents had their games lost in the mail when returning them. Given the reliability of our postal system, this seems to indicate a major problem with the receiving operations at the rental video game companies.
